Brian Williamson

Mr. Brian Williamson is a passionate leader with a focus on financials.  Over his career as a commercial lender and municipal bond analyst Brian has continually delivered a high level of customer service as he built out his portfolios working with clients with revenues from $1 million to over $10 billion.  Brian currently serves as a Director-Not for Profit Healthcare at Fitch Ratings, a leading provider of credit ratings, commentary, and research for global capital markets. 

Mr. Williamson is a graduate of Hampton University (BS in accounting) and The Ohio State University School of Business (MBA-Finance). He, his wife DaWana, and his son reside with their dog Harper in Chicago, IL.

Winston Langham

Board Vice President – Director, Founder

Mr. Winston Langham is a meticulous, detail-oriented problem solver. As a 30-year naval officer, he supervised the operation and maintenance of nuclear propulsion plants on the $13.5 billion Ford Class Aircraft Carrier, and the Sailors in his charge. He served as a Nuclear Repair Officer; Quality Assurance Officer, ensuring first-time quality in products and processes and is LEAN SIX SIGMA trained. Winston is the  Owner/Principal of Real Property Management Unity, a residential property management franchise serving Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.

Mr. Langham is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University (BSAST Nuclear Engineering Technology) and Auburn University Harbert School of Business (Executive MBA, focus in Leadership). He has 2 adult children and he, his wife Evette, and their youngest daughter reside in Chesapeake, VA.

McKinley H Burnette Jr.

Board Treasurer – Director, Founder

 McKinley H. Burnette Jr. is an Information Technology and Business Consultant and the President of eSimple Solutions. He brings extensive experience across multiple sectors, including the Federal Government, government contracting, higher education, and the private sector.

Mr. Burnette earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Hampton University, his Master’s in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, and his Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business. He resides in Hampton, Virginia, with his wife, Astin, and their son.

Kenneth C Lynch

Board Keeper of Records – Director, Founder

Mr. Kenneth Lynch is a seasoned and transformative leader with over 35 years of cross-industry experience spanning Consumer Manufacturing, Mortgage Financial Lending, and Information Technology. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Lynch has led high-impact initiatives in Software and Product Development, Supply Chain Optimization, Quality Risk and Controls, and Enterprise-wide Cost Reduction and Process Improvement.

Renowned as a results-driven change agent, Mr. Lynch brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and team collaboration. His leadership is grounded in integrity, resilience, and a commitment to delivering sustainable value across complex business environments.

Mr. Lynch holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Electronics & Computer Technology from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University. He and his wife, Cristina—his partner of over 34 years—reside in Northern Virginia, where they have raised two accomplished daughters.

David Tapscott

Board Director-At-Large, Founder

Mr. David Tapscott is a visionary business leader who builds brands through innovative big ideas, engaging leadership, and supportive followership. He delivered exciting marketing programs across a who’s who of CPG companies in both domestic and global leadership roles with P&L responsibility from $200MM – $1.4B across iconic consumer passion brands. Amongst other leadership roles, David served as Chief Marketing Officer at The Change Company, America’s largest CDFI, which focuses on home loans to underserved communities.  Currently he is the President of PerVista AI, an innovative weapons detection SAAS company. 

Mr. Tapscott is a graduate of Hampton University (BS in accounting) and the Duke University Fuqua School of Business (MBA). He resides in Norfolk, VA.
