What is Havana On The Harbor?
Havana On The Harbor is a signature beachfront celebration featuring live music, dancing, delicious food, and an upscale tropical ambiance. This event is a fundraiser supporting scholarships and social action initiatives through our partner organizations.

What does the event support?
Proceeds will benefit the advancement of the 1947 Foundation’s mission, along with scholarships and community social programs provided by our partners the Hampton Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Zeta Omicron Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
What is the dress code?
Upscale tropical chic – elegant summer attire suitable for an oceanfront evening. Comfortable shoes recommended.
- Men: Seersucker suits, linen, dress pants, dress shirts, or polo shirts
- Women: Sundresses, jumpsuits, slacks, skirts, blouses, or dress tops
⚠️ Street attire will not be permitted.

Ticket Types
- General Admission – $75.00 (incl. $6.88 fee):Includes hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, buffet stations, access to Tiki and Ballroom Bars, beachfront seating (bring a chair), and access to the Cigar Lounge and vendors.
- VIP Ticket – $125.00 (incl. $10.23 fee)
Includes everything in General Admission plus:- Premium/reserved seating
- Exclusive buffet
- One complimentary signature beverage
- Dedicated bar and bartenders
- Access to the Cigar Lounge
- Table Reservation – $400 (incl. $28.67 fee):
Includes one reserved table with 4 VIP Admission tickets. Each ticket includes all VIP perks.
Are tickets refundable?
No. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred through Eventbrite.com.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance.
Is Havana On The Harbor sold out?
No, not yet. The Early Bird Ticket has sold out, and Table reservations for two are also already sold out. Tickets are selling fast!
Is the table reservation included in the VIP Admission?
Yes. Reserved tables include all VIP perks.
Schedule & Entry
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 30–45 minutes prior to your preferred performance to allow time for parking, check-in, and seating.
What do I need to bring to check in?
Your digital or printed ticket and a valid photo ID. The ticket name should match the ID for VIP and reserved sections.
Is there re-entry?
Yes, with a wristband.

Is this a Greek-only event?
No! This event is open to the public. All are welcome!

Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to attend.
Prohibited Items
No outside food/beverages, coolers, glass containers, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, drones, or professional cameras without prior approval. All guests are subject to security screening.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Both! Entertainment outdoors, vendors, and food service indoors. Limited indoor seating available.
Do you have full or partial use of Paradise Ocean Club?
Full exclusive use from 3:00 p.m. until sunset.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Food is included with admission. Beverages are available at cash bars indoors and outdoors.
Do vendors accept cards?
Most on-site sales are cashless (credit/debit/mobile pay).

Where do I park?
Public lots at Fort Monroe near Paradise Ocean Club. Follow signage and attendants. Carpooling and ridesharing are encouraged.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. ADA-friendly access is available.
Rideshare drop-off point?
Near the venue entrance.
Weather, Safety & Security
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes. Severe weather updates will be posted via website/socials/email.
Bag Policy
Small bags/purses are allowed and may be subject to search. Large backpacks/containers not allowed.

Can I bring a camera?
Personal, non-professional photography allowed. No detachable-lens cameras, drones, or lighting rigs without written approval.
